We focus on new, unique, and useful items. We can’t tell you exactly what will be in the box, that would ruin the surprise! Each box is carefully curated to match a monthly theme Here are the categories we look to put inside: stationary, accessories, food/energy, educational, inspiration, work and mom life related items.

There’s no catch. The items you receive in your box are hand-picked especially for a mom boss like you. With a monthly subscription, you can cancel whenever you want for a totally hassle-free experience. With 6 or 12-month subscription plans you can opt out at the end of your plan.

In line with our mission to support other mom bosses, most of our products are created by mom-owned businesses, based in the US. 

From your account dashboard you can manage your shipping and billing addresses. From there you can also view your recent orders, edit your password and account details.


The last day to order the current box is the 21st of the month. (The cut-off date may vary depending on when we sell out.) If you order after the 21st, it will be for the following box.

After you have inserted the billing information in the order page, you can have a different shipping address. 

You can cancel anytime from your account. 

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

When you subscribe, you will be charged immediately for the subscription plan you have chosen.

Upon expiration of your subscription, you will be re-billed for a further fixed term of the same length on the 14th of the month, unless you switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription. If you are cancelling after the 14th, you will still receive next month’s edition as your box has already been allocated. Your cancellation will be effective from the following month.

Once the box leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email notification of its shipment along with a tracking number. With this information, you can monitor its delivery progress.

Yes, we can pause your account for a month for you. Just drop us a line at connect@polkadotsbox.com and we will push your payment out one month.


Polkadots Box is currently available for delivery within the United States. 

Shipping is free for any order. 

Boxes ship during the first week of the following month. Upon shipping, U.S. orders will deliver within 4-8 business days. (Kindly note that sometimes there may be shipping delays and/or product back-orders due to a stall involving the vendor/brand fulfillment process.). We are not responsible for delays due to delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors


We can not accept returns on subscriptions or items included in subscription boxes, unless damaged.

If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, please email us at connect@polkadotsbox.com within 48 hours of receiving your box. If the item is damaged, please email us a photo of the item. This will help us improve the quality of our services.  Replacements are approved at our sole discretion. 

We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to weather, postal carrier handling, or which occurs after the postal carrier has delivered your package.
